Epstein is the private owner of Little St. James Island, which is an island within the United States Virgin Islands. Epstein’s property is one of the many ran by Ghislaine Maxwell as part of her property portfolio. The Island was nicknamed “Little St. Jeff’s” by Epstein. It may have also been named the “Island of Sin”.

This article is a work in progress and will be updated at random times.

The Island itself has a helipad and it had a temple-esque building, which may or may not have the roof on it currently — the roof may have flown off during 2017 hurricane season. The Island is 72 acres, has four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a library and video room with an antique sleigh bed, a pool and a jacuzzi, alongside other additions. The chef of the Island was a woman named Zenny, which could be a reference to Zenny’s Bar and Restaurant. Scuba diving near the ledges of the Island is offered as a service, with one of the organisations offering this service being Lion In Da Sun.

Epstein’s assistant was Sarah Kellen. Epstein would also later hire Nada Marcinkova, Adriana Ross and Lesley Groff. At some stage, Marcinkova had been purchased from her family in Yugoslavia by Epstein.

Epstein also hired a butler, Janusz Banasiak, who may be connected to the organisation Epstein Staff. Epstein also hired another assistant, Babi Christina Engelhardt.

Epstein came to own three vehicles: a Gulfstream IV, registered to JEGE, LLC, a helicopter, and a Boeing 727.

Island Architects were the people behind the design of Little St. James Island.

Little St. James Island is controlled through one of Epstein’s companies, L.S.J. LLC. Casey Johnson is listed as a captain for L.S.J. LLC.

Epstein has connections to the following organisations:

Born on January 20, 1953 to to Seymour G. Epstein and Pauline (nee Stolofsky) with two younger siblings, one of whom was his brother, Mark, Jeffrey Epstein studied at Lafayette High School, where he met Beverly Donatelli and James Rosen, and then studied physics at Cooper Union in New York from 1969 to 1971. After this, Epstein attended New York University’s Courant Institute, where he studied mathematical physiology of the heart, although he left the University. During this, Epstein became childhood friends with Gary Grossberg.

In 1969, the Boeing 727 was built.

“In one room that looks like an office, an Apple laptop computer and Apple iPad sit on the desk and the room has a red velvet chairs and a sofa.
Our photos also show a circular shaped lounge filled with cushy beige chairs and a spacious bedroom with an open closet with clothes inside — the walls finished in mahogany or teak.
There’s also a roomy bathroom and the dining area has a galley kitchen off it for preparing food.

Between 1973 and 1975, Epstein worked as a teacher at Dalton School, where he taught calculus and physics. While employed, Epstein was introduced to Ace Greenberg through the father of a student.

Around 1976, Epstein became friends with Jonathan Farkas.

In 1976, Epstein became an employee at Bear Stearns, where he worked as a junior assistant to a floor trader at the American Stock Exchange. Epstein’s work was mentored by Greenberg and James Cayne, and he was moved to the special products division, where he advised wealthy clients on their portfolio’s tax implications.

In the 1980s, Epstein met Steven Jude Hoffenberg for the first time, having been introduced by Douglas Leese and John Mitchell. At the time, Epstein ran the organisation International Assets Group Inc. from his apartment on East 66th Street.

In the early 1980s, Epstein became a friend of Rosa Monckton, and he also met Richard Axel.

Before 1980, Epstein became friends with Joe Pagano.

In 1980, Epstein became a limited partner at Bear Stearns.

On March 4, 1981, Epstein was questioned by Michael Tarnopol and Alvin Einbender about lending Warren Eisenstein $20,000.00 to buy stock in a possible Reg D violation, as Einstein was a close friend.

On March 9, 1981, Epstein met with Tarnopol and Einbender once again, and was informed that he would be fined $2,500.00.

On March 12, 1981, Epstein resigned from Bear Stearns, possibly for illegalities according to Hofferman. Bear Stearns paid him his annual bonus, which was approximately $100,000.00.

On April 1, 1981, Epstein testified to the S.E.C. about possible insider trading at Bear Stearns.

In 1982, Epstein founded his own organisation, J. Epstein & Co., which focused exclusively on clients with over $1 billion. It was rumoured, at the time, that Linda Wachner and David Rockefeller were clients.

The same year, Michael Stroll invested $450,000.00 into Epstein’s company, International Assets Group Inc.

“From the get-go, his business was successful. But the conditions for investing with Epstein were steep: He would take total control of the billion dollars, charge a flat fee, and assume power of attorney to do whatever he thought was necessary to advance his client’s financial cause. And he remained true to the $1 billion entry fee. According to people who know him, if you were worth $700 million and felt the need for the services of Epstein and Co., you would receive a not-so-polite no-thank-you from Epstein.” — New York Magazine

In 1984, Stroll requested for his monies to be returned from Epstein and International Assets Group Inc.

In 1986, Epstein met with Leslie Wexner in Palm Beach for the first time through Robert Meister and his late wife. The same year, Epstein met Jesse Kornbluth for the first time.

“When we met in 1986, Epstein’s double identity intrigued me — he said he didn’t just manage money for clients with mega-fortunes, he was also a high-level bounty hunter. Sometimes, he told me, he worked for governments to recover money looted by African dictators. Other times those dictators hired him to help them hide their stolen money.” — Jesse Kornbluth, Slate

In 1987, Epstein reincorporated his organisation, which was then named Financial Trust Co. The same year, Leslie Wexner became a client of Epstein’s, and a few of Epstein’s clients were shared with Dennis Block at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft.

Also the same year, Hoffenberg set Epstein up in the offices at Villard House on Madison Avenue, and then hired him for $25,000.00 per month as a consultant. Hoffenberg also tasked Epstein to mastermind a bid to take over Pan American World Airways, which failed.

In the late 1980s, Epstein started to upgrade airline tickets for good friends with unofficial first-class stickers.

In June 1987, Epstein attempted to seduce Kornbluth’s soon-to-be wife, which ended as well as you would expect — Epstein was quickly removed from Kornbluth’s life.

In 1988, Epstein worked with Wexner on the New Albany Property Company, where he assisted him with his finances to transform rural New Albany to a residential area. During this, a man named Bob Fitrakis assisted Wexner with his finances, and Marshall Rose worked with Epstein during the projects.

Epstein’s businesses would be situated at the Villard House in Manhattan, NY; in New Albany, OH; and at St. Thomas Island.

Zorro Ranch in New Mexico was visited by Maria Farmer and her sister.

“Earlier this year, Maria Farmer, another woman who has accused Mr. Epstein of sexual offenses, said in an affidavit that her sister, then 15 years old, was flown by Mr. Epstein to the ranch in New Mexico and was touched ‘inappropriately’ on a massage table by him.” — The New York Times

At some stage, Larry Visoski purchased a house on Zorro Ranch, more specifically at 220 Zorro Ranch Road, Stanley, NM.

Epstein was tasked by Hoffenberg again the same year to mastermind a takeover of Emery Air Freight Corp., which ultimately failed. Epstein also invested $1.6 million of Hoffenberg’s money into Riddell Sports, Inc. alongside Robert Nederlander and Leonard Toboroff. Epstein also recruited Dick Snyder into the deal.

Epstein was also known by Stephen Kosslyn, Danny Hillis, Stephen Jay Gould, Steven Pinker, Oliver Sacks, George M. Church, Frank Wilczek and Gerald Edelman.

Epstein is also acquainted with Mort Zuckerman, Louis Ranieri, Ronald Perelman, Leon Black, Nathan Myhrvold and Tom Pritzker. Others include Henry A. Rosovsky, Larry Summers and Alan Dershowitz.

Epstein also became a friend and supporter of Senate Leader George Mitchell, donating to him repeatedly, and a friend of Peggy Siegal. Epstein also dated Eva Andersson at one stage, having met before 1989.

Epstein dated two women previously — Paula Heil Fisher and Eva Andersson Dubin.

At some stage, Epstein hired Leah Kleman as one of his art dealers.

Epstein, at the time, was apparently worth roughly $20 million.

In 1988, Donald Trump presumably met Jeffrey Epstein.

Mr. Lanier said the scientist identified herself as working at NASA, but he did not remember her name.
According to Mr. Lanier, the NASA scientist said Mr. Epstein had based his idea for a baby ranch on accounts of the Repository for Germinal Choice, which was to be stocked with the sperm of Nobel laureats who wanted to strengthen the human gene pool.
