Investigation: Biden-Ukraine

This is an article to determine the history of Hunter Biden, his family and Ukraine.

This article is a work in progress and was last updated on October 24, 2019.

With that said, let’s begin:

In 1988, Hunter enrolled at Georgetown University.

In 1991, Rosemont Realty was founded in Santa Fe, NM.

In July 1992, Hunter graduated from Georgetown University with a bachelor of arts in history, and then was employed as a Jesuit volunteer at a church in Portland, OR, where he met Kathleen Buhle.

At some point between 1993–2001, Daniel Burrell was hired as an intern at the Clinton White House.

At some point, Christopher Heinz studied at Yale University, where he was roommates with Devon Archer.

In July 1993, Hunter married Kathleen.

Between July to December 1993, Hunter applied for both Syracuse University for creative writing and Georgetown Law for law school, and was accepted into both — he ultimately chose Georgetown Law due to his child on the way.

In 1994, Hunter transferred from Georgetown Law to Yale Law to continue his law degree.

In 1996, Hunter completed his law degree at Yale Law. Hunter then returned to Wilmington and was hired as deputy campaign manager for Senator Joe Biden’s reelection campaign. During this time, Hunter was hired as a lawyer at MBNA America, with a salary of over $100,000.00.

In 1998, Hunter contacted William Oldaker in an attempt to become employed in the Clinton Administration. Oldaker contacted Secretary William Daley, who then hired Hunter as a policy director specialised in the internet economy.

In 2000, Burrell worked for the Al Gore presidential campaign.

At some stage, Brociti Investments Limited, ran by Nikolai Zlochevskyi, owned Burisma Holdings.

At some stage, Burisma Holdings hired the organisation FTI Consulting, and also hired Bell Pottinger for media relations.

In late 2000, Hunter contacted Oldaker, who then asked Vincent Versage to teach Hunter about lobbying.

In 2001, Robert Skomorucha suggested for Hunter to lobby on behalf of St. Joseph’s University. Around this time, Hunter’s alcoholism was beginning to become a problem.

The same year, Hunter left his position at MBNA America to become a lobbyist and a founding member at Oldaker, Biden & Belair, where he lobbied on behalf of Napster.

By 2002, Hunter had become the Executive Vice President at MBNA America.

In 2002, Burisma Holdings was founded in Ukraine.

In the same year, Joseph Lotito met James Biden for the first time, and later introduced James and Hunter to John Fasciano.

In 2003, Kathleen told Hunter to get sober from alcohol.

In September 2003, Hunter started to investigate rehabilitation centres and checked into Crossroads Centre Antigua for a month, then attended Alcoholics Anonymous.

Between 2003–2004, Burrell worked for the John Kerry presidential campaign.

During 2004, Devon Archer was an advisor to Senator John Kerry during his presidential campaign and co-chaired the National Finance Committee.

In 2005, the consulting fees to Hunter received from MBNA America came to an end.

Around mid-2005, Hunter became concerned with the anti-lobbyist attitude beginning to appear in public.

In 2006, Rosemont Capital LLC was founded by Christopher Heinz and Devon Archer. Rosemont Capital LLC later created the company Rosemont Realty, where Burrell became an architect. At some stage, Rosemont Capital was later owned by IM, YOULREE and FOREVERAFTER LLC.

The same year, Hunter purchased a $1.6 million house, and became a member of the board of directors at Amtrak.

In January 2006, James Biden contacted Anthony Lotito in an attempt to find Hunter a job outside lobbying on behelf of Senator Biden.

In April 2006, the company LBB Limited Liability Corporation was founded.

In May 2006, SimmonsCooper invested $1 million into the LBB Limited Liability Corporation.

On May 2, 2006, an agreement was formed between Paradigm Companies LLC and the Biden & Lotito Group.

In June 2006, the Biden family informed Lotito to stay away from their business.

In August 2006, the Biden family formed a corporation and purchased Paradigm Global Advisors’ assets after executing a promissory note for $8.1 million without the involvement of Lotito. Hunter and James then demanded the dismissal of Stephane Farouze, the President of Paradigm Global Advisors.

On August 14, 2006, a lobbying report was received by the Secretary of the Senate from Oldaker, Biden & Belair, LLP, where they lobbied on behalf of the University of Detroit Mercy.

In September 2006, Lotito signed an agreement and relinquished his third of the LBB Limited Liability Corporation.

In late summer 2006, Hunter and James Biden, with Joseph Lotito (John Fasciano would be involved as an attorney), entered a $21 million deal to purchase Paradigm Global Advisors, which led to Hunter, James, Beau and two other people demanding, and receiving, the dismissal of the President of the company. They would later recruit Charles Provini as the President for a time.

“Everyone agreed that the Bidens and Lotito would form a corporation to buy 54 percent of Paradigm for $21.3 million in cash.
They would install Hunter Biden as chief executive officer at a salary of $1.2 million.” — Madison-St. Clair Record

On November 21, 2006, John Fasciana was sentenced to 1 year and 1 day in prison for a scheme to defraud Electronic Data Systems Corp.

In 2007, Hunter and James installed Provini as the President of Paradigm Global Advisors. Hunter also became the Vice Chairman of Amtrak.

On January 5, 2007, Hunter and James were sued by their former partner, Lotito, in New York.

After January 7, 2007, Hunter assisted in campaigning with Senator Biden for his 2008 presidential campaign.

In June 2007, Nicholas Gravante filed a counterclaim to Lotito’s attempt to sue the Bidens with Justice Fried.

In September 2007, Joan Mayer was employed as a legislative assistant at Oldaker, Biden and Belair in Washington, DC.

On November 8, 2007, Devon Archer founded the organisation Archer Diversified Investments, LLC. The organisation would later have 0.58% equity interest in Colt Defense, LLC.

In 2008, Burrell earned a law degree from Yale University.

The same year, Eric Schwerin became a Founding Partner and Managing Director at Rosemont Seneca Partners, LLC.

In May 2008, Justice Bernard Fried rejected Hunter and James’s bid — the counterclaim — to push their $1 million debt to SimmonsCooper onto Joseph Lotito.

In June 2008, Hunter and James appealed Justice Fried’s decision to reject their attempt to push the debt to Lotito.

On August 23, 2008, Senator Barack Obama announced Senator Biden as his running mate for his presidential campaign.

Around August 23, 2008, Hunter resigned from the Amtrak board.

In September 2008, Hunter founded the organisation Seneca Global Advisors, which eventually landed Achaogen and GreatPoint Energy as clients.

The same month, Joan Mayer left her role as a legislative assistant at Oldaker, Biden and Belair and was employed as the Vice President at Rosemont Seneca Advisors in Washington, DC.

On September 26, 2008, Steve Korris published the article “Bidens owe SimmonsCooper $1 million in hedge fund deal” in Madison-St. Clair Record.

In 2009, Burrell made his first visit to New Mexico.

In January 2009, Hunter served as an honorary co-chair of the Presidential Inaugural Committee.

On February 5, 2009, Rosemont TALF GP LLC (originally named RRE II LLC) was founded by Devon Archer, Christopher Heinz, Daniel Burrell and Daniel Senor. The organisation shares its address and telephone number with the Heinz Family Foundation.

On May 8, 2009, Rosemont TALF Opportunities Fund I, L.P. was founded by Christopher Heinz, Devon Archer, Daniel Burrell and Daniel Senor, again sharing the address and telephone number of the Heinz Family Foundation.

In June 2009, Chris Heinz, Hunter and Devon worked together to form a number of LLCs, including Rosemont Seneca Partners LLC, Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners (which backs Counsyl) and Rosemont Realty, each of which were a part of the Rosemont Capital umbrella, named after Rosemont Farm, owned by the Heinz family.

Rosemont Seneca Partners LLC was based on Wisconsin Avenue in Washington, DC.

Within a year of the foundation of Rosemont Seneca Partners, Hunter and Devon both travelled to China with executives of the Thornton Group. The meeting occurred hours before Vice President Biden met with Chinese President Hu in Washington, DC for the Nuclear Security Summit.

On December 30, 2009, Devon Archer donated $1,000.00 to Reshm,a For Congress.

In 2010, the website for Burisma Holdings was registered through GoDaddy.

The same year, Rosemont Realty purchased New Mexico’s real estate company, BGK Group, which led to Burrell moving to Santa Fe, NM.

The same year, James and Hunter’s involvement with Paradigm Global Advisors came to an end as they started to unwind the company.

In January 2010, President Obama, Vice President Biden and Hunter attended an NCAA basketball game together.

On January 15, 2010, Rosemont Seneca Partners LLC was founded by Eric Schwerin.

On August 12, 2010, Devon Archer donated $500.00 to Reshma For Congress.

In November 2010, Hunter relapsed and started to drink again.

The same month, James became an Executive Vice President at HillStone International.

In March 2011, Brian Mathis attended a meeting at the White House to discuss the economy arranged by the Democratic National Committee unlisted from President Obama’s public schedule.

In May 2011, two weeks after Vice President Biden opened strategic dialogue with Chinese officials in Washington, both Devon and Hunter met with Chinese financial leaders in Taiwan.

On July 5, 2011, Brociti Investments Limited was founded in Cyprus, with Anna Korellidou and Proteas Nominee Services listed as the Director and Company Secretary. Subsidiaries of the company would later include:

In 2012, Hunter became a member of the Executive Council On Development at the Center For Strategic and International Studies. Hunter also started the direct commission process to become a public affairs officer in the Navy Reserve. Hunter applied and gained a second waiver to join due to a drug incident from his younger days and his age in 2012.

The same year, Rosemont TALF Opportunities Fund was struck off.

The same year, Burrell and his family founded the New Mexico Leadership Institute.

The same year, Michael Mahony and Devon Archer donated $5,000.00 each to the Southwest Leadership Fund, an organisation dedicated to electing Democrats in New Mexico.

The same year, Hunter and Devon contacted Jonathan Li of Bohai Capital to potentially become partners in a new company.

The same year, Hunter returned to Crossroads Centre for rehabilitation from his alcoholism.

In March 2012, Hunter visited the White House with his wife, Kathleen Biden, for a State Dinner for Prime Minister David Cameron.

After November 2012, Hunter started to advise the Romanian businessman Gabriel Popoviciu. This continued into 2017, both before and after his jail sentence.

In 2013, Eric Schwerin became the President of RSP Investments, LLC.

On January 20, 2013, Hunter attended the second inauguration of Vice President Joe Biden at the Naval Observatory.

In early 2013, Hunter relapsed with alcohol again after his painkiller subscription to cover his shingles ended.

On March 22, 2013, Rosemont Realty LLC purchased Philadelphina’s 2000 Market and Virginia’s Dulles View office complexes.

In April 2013, Hunter Biden created his Twitter profile.

In May 2013, Joan Mayer was employed as the Senior Director at RSP Investments, LLC.

On May 1, 2013, Hunter spent time in Washington, DC with Dr. Jill Biden for the World Food Program USA.

On May 7, 2013, Hunter was assigned to the Navy Public Supports Element Teast in Norfolk, VA, where he was sworn into his position by Vice President Biden in a private ceremony at the White House.

On May 31, 2013, Hunter apparently borrowed a cigarette from people outside of a bar in Washington, DC, which contained cocaine.

On June 1, 2013, Hunter took a drug test for the United States Navy and failed, as he was tested positive for cocaine. Tom Gallagher then agreed to represent Hunter pro bono on behalf of Beau.

The same month, a memorandum of understanding was signed between Devon, Jonathan Li and other business partners to create a fund named BHR Partners.

On October 29, 2013, Aleksander Kwasniwski and Pat Cox visited Kyiv in an attempt to free Yulia Tymoshenko.

In November 2013, Devon and Jonathan Li signed contracts related to the BHR Partners deal, and Hunter later became a director for the company.

In late 2013, Zlochevsky apparently sold Burisma, with Ihor Kolomojski and Victor Pinchuk as possible replacements — however, this is not verified. This is noted for reference.

In December 2013, Hunter and Vice President Biden travelled via Air Force Two to Beijing, China. At the time of the visit, Rosemont Seneca Partners was forming a deal with the Bank of China.

On December 4, 2013, Hunter — upon arriving in Beijing — arranged for Jonathan Li to shake hands with Vice President Biden at the American delegation hotel. Hunter and Li then spoke with each other, which created concern within the White House.

The next day, on December 5, 2013, Hunter and Vice President Biden continued their visit of Beijing alongside Ambassador Gary Locke and Mona Locke.

After December 5, 2013, Hunter and Vice President Biden met with President Xi Jinping and Vice President Li Yuanchao separately.

On December 6, 2013, Hunter travelled to the Philippines.

“And as I speak, my son has just boarded — my grown son has just boarded a plane, an aircraft — he’s heading to the Philippines. His name is Hunter Biden. He’s Chairman of the World Food Program U.S.A, and he’s going there out in the field, like so many of you did. I’m so incredibly proud of him, and the tens of thousands of young people around the world who either went or wanted to.” — Vice President Joe Biden

Around December 15, 2013, Rosemont Seneca Partners signed a deal with the Bank of China, which led to the creation of a $1 billion investment fund named Bohai Harvest RST (BHR), which funds provided by the Chinese Government.

At some point before 2014, Devon and Mykola Zlochevsky met in Kiev while Devon was promoting Rosemont Realty.

In 2014, Burrell introduced Gemini Investments Limited to Rosemont Realty.

The same year, George Kent became the Senior Anti-Corruption Coordinator at the United States Department of State’s European Bureau, with a focus on the establishment of anti-corruption agencies in Ukraine.

On January 2, 2014, Aleksander Kwasniewski was placed on the board of directors at Burisma Holdings.

After January 2, 2014, Devon was approached by Kwasniewski in Warsaw, Poland on Zlovchesky’s orders. Devon later met with Hunter to discuss, who suggested Boies Schiller Flexner to assist, where Hunter acted as counsel. Boies Schiller Flexner then brought Nadello & Co to investigate Burisma’s history. Burisma then paid $283,000.00 to Boies Schiller Flexner.

Burisma also hired Blue Star Strategies on Hunter’s suggestion, which led to John Buretta becoming involved with the company.

On January 21, 2014, mbloom Fund 1 in Maui announced it had raised $10 million in funding, with itself being a partnership between the Hawaii State Development Corporation and Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners.

On January 27, 2014, Vice President Biden contacted President Viktor Yanukovych over the telephone to repeal laws passed on January 16.

On January 28, 2014, Vice President Biden contacted President Yanukovych over the telephone to again repeal the laws passed on January 16.

In February 2014, President Obama selected Vice President Biden as the “point man” for Ukraine issues.

On February 4, 2014, “Re Post” published the video “Марионетки Майдана”, which contained a leaked telephone call between Victoria Nuland and Ambassador Geoffrey Pyatt about Ukraine and the European Union.

On February 18, 2014, Hunter was discharged from the Navy Research due to his cocaine usage. Hunter then informed both Beau and Vice President Biden of the reason behind the discharge.

On February 20, 2014, Vice President Biden contacted President Yanukovych over telephone for one hour and condemned the violence in Ukraine, his final call with the Ukrainian President.

After February 20, 2014, Zlochevsky fled Ukraine.

“In mid-January, the Burisma gas company loudly declared the completion in Ukraine of all procedural and court cases against its president Mykola Zlochevsky, who was the environment minister in the government of Mykola Azarov, and in 2014, together with other ex-officials, fled Ukraine.” — DW

In March 2014, Devon, John Galanis and Bevan Cooney started to defraud the Wakpamni Lake Community Corporation through a scheme involving tribal bonds.

In early March 2014, the United Kingdom sent a taskforce of financial investigators and asset recovery specialists to Ukraine and met with American colleagues to discuss with Ukrainian authorities about the fall of the Yanukovych regime.

The United Kingdom opened a money laundering probe into Zlochevsky and froze millions in his companies’ British accounts due to BNP Paribas filing a suspicious activity report. The account itself had $20 million provided by a company owned by Sergey Kurchenko.

At some stage, Ukraine’s Prosecutor General and the Anti-Corruption Bureau opened criminal investigations into Zlochevsky.

On March 11, 2014, a Ukrainian lawyer asked the London branch of BNP Paribas to close an account and transfer Mykola Zlochevsky’s balances to Cyprus.

In April 2014, Burisma started to transfer $166,000.00 per month into an account owned by Rosemont Seneca Partners LLC.

The same month, Devon Archer was placed on the board of directors at Burisma Holdings.

The same month, Vice President Biden visited Ukraine.

On April 16, 2014, Devon, Devon’s son Lukas and Hunter visited the White House and met with Vice President Biden.

On April 18, 2014, Hunter was placed on the board of directors at Burisma Holdings, to be in charge of their legal unit. Hunter had been urged to join the organisation by Kwasniewski.

“I believe that my assistance in consulting the company on matters of transparency, corporate governance and responsibility, international expansion and other priorities will contribute to the economy and benefit the people of Ukraine.” — Hunter Biden

“In December 2015, as Joe Biden prepared to return to Ukraine, his aides braced for renewed scrutiny of Hunter’s relationship with Burisma. Amos Hochstein, the Obama Administration’s special envoy for energy policy, raised the matter with Biden, but did not go so far as to recommend that Hunter leave the board. As Hunter recalled, his father discussed Burisma with him just once: ‘Dad said, ‘I hope you know what you are doing,’ and I said, ‘I do.’” — The New Yorker

After April 18, 2014, Hunter and Heinz stopped working with each other, and discussions were held in the Office of the Vice President about Hunter’s role at Burisma and whether it was a conflict of interest, which included raising it to Vice President Biden himself. Concerns were also raised at the United States Department of State.

“Inside the vice president’s office, there was discussion about whether Hunter’s position on the board would be perceived as a conflict of interest, according to several former aides who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss private conversations.

One former adviser was concerned enough to mention it to the vice president, according to an adviser, but the conversation was brief, and other aides said they didn’t want — or see a need — to raise an issue.” — The Washington Post

“They show how Hunter Biden and his American business partners were part of a broad effort by Burisma to bring in well-connected Democrats during a period when the company was facing investigations backed not just by domestic Ukrainian forces but by officials in the Obama administration. Hunter Biden’s work for Burisma prompted concerns among State Department officials at the time that the connection could complicate Vice President Biden’s diplomacy in Ukraine, former officials said.” — The New York Times

Between April 21–29, 2014, the Serious Fraud Office announced their investigation into allegations of corruption connected to the Yanukovych regime.

On April 20, 2014, Vice President Biden boarded Air Force Two on route to Kiev, Ukraine.

On April 21, 2014, Vice President Biden arrived in Kiev, Ukraine, where he met with Poroshenko and Vitali Klitschko, with a main theme being the offer of energy and economic aid.

On April 22, 2014, Burisma Holdings announced Devon’s appointment to the board of directors through a press release. The same day, Vice President Biden visited Kiev, Ukraine, where he pushed for Ukrainian gas independence from Russia and to fight against corruption.

On April 23, 2014, Vice President Biden left Kiev, Ukraine.

On April 29, 2014, at the Ukraine Forum On Asset Recovery hosted in London by both the United Kingdom and the United States, Home Secretary Theresa May discussed the Yanukovich regime. The summit was also attended by Attorney General Eric Holder.

On April 30, 2014, on the final day of the Ukraine Forum On Asset Recovery, Dominic Greave announced that Zlochevsky’s assets had been frozen as part of a money laundering investigation.

“At the start of March, just days after the collapse of the former regime, the UK deployed a taskforce of financial investigators and asset recovery specialists to Ukraine. They joined with colleagues from the US and met with the Ukrainian authorities and financial investigators to discuss ways in which we can work together.
There is an EU wide asset freeze in place against 22 individuals linked to the regime. This is a significant achievement and a crucial step to prevent asset flight.
This week the UK’s Serious Fraud Office announced that it is investigating allegations of corruption linked to the Yanukovych regime and has obtained a Court Order to restrain assets valued at approximately $23 million dollars.” — Dominic Grieve

In May 2014, Kasko was hired by the Prosecutor General’s Office.

On May 12, 2014, Burisma Holdings announced Hunter’s appointment to the board of directors through a press release.

The board of Burisma Holdings would then meet twice a year.

On May 13, 2014, the Obama Administration stated that Vice President Biden and Hunter’s connection to Burisma were not a conflict of interest as Hunter was a private citizen.

By May 20, 2014, Richard Gould had obtained 6,170 electronic documents from BNP Paribas in relation to Zlochevsky’s monies, which were then investigated by the SFO.

On May 20, 2014, David Leiter was employed as a lobbyist at Burisma Holdings. Burisma also hired Leiter’s lobbying organisation, ML Strategies. Both Leiter and ML Strategies would then lobby the United States Government and the United States Congress on behalf of Burisma.

The same day, Vice President Biden arrived in Bucharest, Romania, where he discussed the Ukrainian crisis.

On May 25, 2014, the Ukrainian presidential election was held.

In June 2014, Vice President Biden visited Ukraine for the inauguration of the President of Ukraine.

The same month, Rosemont Seneca Bohai started to wire between $10,000.00 to $150,979.00 to Hunter.

On June 4, 2014, Burrell attended a NAIOP-sponsored event in Albuquerque and spoke with 200 commercial real estate industry employees, where he discussed the Rosemont Leadership Institute.

Between June 12–13, 2014, Devon Archer attended the 15th Annual US Real Estate Opportunity and Private Fund Investing Forum.

On June 17, 2014, an Ashley Madison account for Hunter — under the name “Robert Biden” — was registered, apparently from Jacksonville, FL.

On June 25, 2014, a payment was made from the Ashley Madison account of $268.99 using a credit card linked to one of Hunter’s Washington, DC addresses.

On June 27, 2014, a letter was sent to President Obama from Senators Edward Markey, Ron Wyden, Jeanne Shaheen and Chris Murphy to push for increased aid to Ukraine, a move which was praised by Burisma.

In July 2014, Ihor Kolomoisky may have purchased over 45% shares of Burisma Holdings.

The same month, Hunter visited a clinic in Tijuana for treatment, then later travelled to Flagstaff, AZ.

On July 2, 2014, Rosemont Seneca Advisors LLC was founded by Hunter Biden and Eric Schwerin. Schwerin would also become Hunter’s lawyer.

On July 10, 2014, Chao Deng published the article “Bohai, Harvest and U.S. Investment Firms Expand Target for Outbound Fund” in The Wall Street Journal, which discussed the team-up of Bohai Industrial Investment Fund Management Co., Harvest Fund Management Co, Rosemont Seneca Partners and Thornton Group LLC, which used a company, Bohai Harvest RST (Shanghai) Equity Investment Fund Management Co, set in the Pilot Free Trade Zone in Shanghai, China.

“‘By operating through the FTZ, a fund like this, or any other investor, would be able to move up to $300 million out of the country through a simplified process,’ Li [Qiang] said. ‘That’s a benefit that’s not yet available elsewhere.’” — Forbes

In August 2014, Hunter, Devon and Vice President Biden were photographed together at Sebonack Golf Club in Southampton, NY.

The same month, criminal proceedings against Zlochevsky were brought forward as access to his accounts in LGT Bank Zlochevskiy Ltd in Switzerland were requested by the Office of the Prosecutor General.

On August 4, 2014, the US-Africa Leaders Summit dinner was hosted at the White House, which was attended by Hunter.

On August 19, 2014, Vitaliy Shabunin wrote a letter to Prosecutor General Vitaliy Yarema that Pari and Esko-Pivnich belonged to Burisma Holdings, with Ukrnaftoburinnya also potentially belonging to Zlochevsky.

On September 4, 2014, Burrell resigned from his position as Chief Executive Officer of Rosemont Realty, LLC, where he was succeeded by Michael Mahony. Burrell then joined Rosemont’s board of advisors.

After September 4, 2014, Burrell founded Burrell Western Resources.

On September 18, 2014, Rosemont Seneca Bohai LLC was founded by Devon Archer, with The Wolff Law Firm listed as an agent, which is ran by Clifford A. Wolff.

In October 2014, Hunter visited Big Sur, CA to attend a yoga retreat at the Esalen Institute.

Before March 8, 2015, David Sakvarelidze was hired by Ukrainian law enforcement to clean the department.

On March 8, 2015, Sakvarelidze appeared on Ukrainian news and stated that Ukrainian prosecutors had taken a bribe of $7 million to assist Zlochevsky, which was sourced to an unnamed foreign consultant (most likely George Kent) working within Ukrainian law enforcement.

At some stage, prosecutors within the Prosecutor’s Office considered interrogating Ambassador Pyatt and Sakvarelidze’s team of embezzling funds provided by the United States Government and the European Union governments through the United States Embassy, although it was dropped.

On March 10, 2015, Eric Schwerin was nominated by President Obama as a member of the Commission For the Preservation of America’s Heritage Abroad.

On April 27, 2015, Hunter attended the Milken Institute Conference, where he discussed “Creating Stronger Partnerships for Global Food Security” with Mpule Kwelaglobe, Gregory Page, Axton Salim and David Evans.

On May 3, 2015, Hunter appeared with Tony Fratto on Politico to discuss his “Live Below the Line” challenge they participated in for the World Food Program USA.

On May 30, 2015, Beau Biden passed away.

In July 2015, Kathleen requested for Hunter to leave the family home after he drank a bottle of vodka after a couples therapy session on their 22nd anniversary about his alcoholism. Hunter then left one day later.

On August 21, 2015, Gemini Investments Limited had purchased 75% of Rosemont Realty and renamed the company Gemini Rosemont Realty LLC. The deal had been negotiated by Burrell, and valued at $115 million, which gave him a controlling stake in Rosemont Realty and allowed him to become the chairman of the renamed organisation.

On August 27, 2015, Burisma Geothermal Limited was founded, with Devon Archer, Hunter Biden, Florentina Christiana Emmanoyil, Marikka Theodoyloy (all Directors) and Marina Sabbidoy (Secretary) attached to the company.

In September 2015, the Aviation Industry Corporation of China purchased 51% of Henniges, while Bohai Harvest RST purchased the remaining 49%.

Between September 27–29, 2015, President Poroshenko visited New York, NY to attend the United Nations General Assembly.

On September 30, 2015, Archer became a shareholder in Norvik Banka through Archer Diversified Investments LLC, having purchased 6.10% of the capital share.

In October 2015, Burisma stopped their payments of $166,000.00 per month to one of Rosemont Seneca Partners LLC’s accounts.

The same month, the International Monetary Fund put $1.7 billion of the loan payments on hold.

The same month, Hunter and Kathleen ended their relationship.

On October 19, 2015, Hunter attended The Atlantic Food Summit in Washington, DC, where he discussed” The Changing Face of Farming” with Anita Adalja, John Boyd, Randy Russell and Steve Clemons.

On October 21, 2015, Vice President Biden announced that he would not run for President of the United States.

On November 19, 2015, Eurojust hosted a coordinated meeting about Zlochevsky’s case, as per Shokin, which was arranged with the British to form a joint investigation team. The meeting was attended by representatives from Cyprus, Estonia and Lativa.

In December 2015, Amos Hochstein raised his concern about Hunter and Burisma to Vice President Biden.

On December 7, 2015, Vice President Biden arrived in Kyiv, Ukraine and met with President Petro Poroshenko, where Vice President Biden announced $190 million in United States aid to Ukraine to implement reforms and fight corruption. Vice President Biden also met with Vitaly Klitschko and Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk.

But I can tell you, you cannot name me a single democracy in the world where the cancer of corruption is prevalent. You cannot name me one. They are thoroughly inconsistent. And it’s not enough to set up a new anti-corruption bureau and establish a special prosecutor fighting corruption. The Office of the General Prosecutor desperately needs reform. The judiciary should be overhauled. The energy sector needs to be competitive, ruled by market principles — not sweetheart deals. It’s not enough to push through laws to increase transparency with regard to official sources of income. Senior elected officials have to remove all conflicts between their business interest and their government responsibilities. Every other democracy in the world — that system pertains.” — Vice President Joe Biden

At some stage after this, Vice President Biden warned President Poroshenko that the United States would withhold a $1 billion loan guarantee unless Shokin was fired from his position as Prosecutor General.

In mid-December 2015, Hunter stopped leaving his apartment, stopped attending yoga, and continued drinking vodka. This eventually led to Vice President Biden directly visiting him in an attempt to sort him out.

On December 25, 2015, Justice Vitaliy Pysanets at the Pechersk District Court unfroze Zlochevsky’s remaining assets as he had not received a notice of suspicion and that the monies had been legally obtained through corporate rights and other wealth from December 2013 to January 2014.

In January 2016, Hunter travelled to Jordan for the World Food Program USA.

On January 20, 2016, Vice President Biden met with President Poroshenko on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.

In February 2016, Hunter enrolled back at the Esalen Institute and had a holiday at Lake Tahoe for a week. Hunter also allowed a homeless woman named “Bicycles” to start living with him for several months.

In April 2016, Devon, John Galanis and Bevan Cooney ended their scheme to defraud Wakpamni Lake Community Corporation with tribal bonds.

On April 1, 2016, the documents surrounding the vote on March 29 and Shokin’s dismissal were received by the Poroshenko Administration.

On April 3, 2016, President Poroshenko signed a decree to officially remove Shokin from his position as Prosecutor General.

Hunter visited a hotel night club during this event and did cocaine in the bathroom, then refused to take a drug test for Kolmac Outpatient Recovery Center and left the program after.

In August 2016, Hunter and Hallie’s relationship started to develop during a trip to the Hamptons.

Hunter then remained in Los Angeles for a week and started to buy crack from a drug dealer that put a gun to his head. Hunter and a man argued outside of a Hollywood Boulevard club, which led to “Baby Down” to try and sort Hunter out.

On October 26, 2016, “Baby Down” took Hunter to the Hertz rental office at Los Angeles International Airport. Hunter then started to drive in his regular car, only for his multiple day lack of sleep to cause him to hallucinate an owl and lose control of his car, which led to a replacement Jeep Compass being provided by Hertz.

On October 28, 2016, Hunter drove a rented silver Jeep Compass from Palm Springs, CA to Prescott, AZ, eventually arriving at 10:00 P.M. and left behind two drivers’ licences, a Secret Service card, credit cards, an Attorney General badge, his cell phone, the keys in the ignition and a meth pipe, which was discovered by Zachary Romfo. The Jeep Compass itself was a replacement for a damaged vehicle. The event was brought to the attention of the Prescott Police Department and two agents at the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Hunter was later located and found to be safe by the United States Secret Service.

In May 2017, Hunter met with Ye Jianming, an energy tycoon at CEFC China Energy and a donator to the Clinton Foundation, in Miami, FL with two associates, as James Biden was Ye’s first point of call. Ye provided Hunter with a giant diamond in exchange for connections, and Hunter wanted Ye to donate to the World Food Programme. Ye and Hunter spoke about the United States Department of Justice’s investigation into Patrick Ho, and Hunter agreed to represent Patrick as a lawyer. Ye and Hunter also discussed investments into American infrastructure and energy deals.

The same day, Skaneateles LLC obtained equity in BHR Partners and Schwerin was named a supervisor of the company.

In November 2017, Hunter and Ye agreed on the Monkey Island $40 million investment project.

The same month, Patrick Ho was visited by federal agents at Ye’s apartment near Central Park, which led to him contacting James Biden via telephone.

In 2018, Kostiantyn Kulyk and other Ukrainian law officials attempted to gain visas from the United States Embassy in Kiev only for them to be, apparently blocked by the United States Ambassador, despite having pre-arranged a working trip to the United States.

On September 7, 2018, Gary Hirst was sentenced to 8 years in prison for his involvement in the defrauding of a Native American tribe.

In March 2019, Kent started to state that there was a disinformation campaign, boosted by a Ukrainian prosecutor, aimed at Joe Biden, Yovanoviych and the Ukrainians’ behind the campaign against Paul Manafort during the 2016 presidential election.

The same month, Prosecutor General Lutsenko decided to reopen the investigation into Burisma.

On March 28, 2019, the Prosecutor General’s Office filed a 15-page notice of suspicion about illicit funds funnelled through Burisma from 2010 to 2015 and opened an investigation.

In April 2019, officials at the United States Government were aware of requests from Ukraine to review Burisma’s bank records.

On April 1, 2019, John Solomon published the article “Joe Biden’s 2020 Ukrainian nightmare: A closed probe is revived” in The Hill.

On April 7, 2019, John Solomon published the article “Ukrainian to US prosecutors: Why don’t you want our evidence on Democrats?” in The Hill.

In May 2019, Hunter decided he would not serve another term on the board at Burisma Holdings.

On May 17, 2019, Matthew Boyle published the article “Exclusive — 2016 Arizona Police Report: Cocaine Pipe Found In Car Rented By Joe Biden’s Son Hunter Biden, Authorities Declined to Prosecute” in Breitbart.

The next day, on May 18, 2019, Joe hosted a rally with his family, although the chair for Hunter was left reserved and he did not attend.

On May 23, 2019, Mick Mulvaney hosted a meeting at the White House, which led to Gordon Sondland, Kurt Volker and Secretary Rick Perry taking over Ukrainian policy, where they also suggested to President Trump that he meet with President Volodymyr Zelensky at the White House.

On July 1, 2019, Adam Entous published the article “Will Hunter Biden Jeopardize His Father’s Campaign?” in The New Yorker.

On July 25, 2019, President Trump had a phone call with President Zelensky.
